About Sydney Cakery: Originally founded by Jillian Butler in 2013 (and named Jillian's Cakery) after she decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her dreams. Jillian stepped down in 2020 to spend more time with family and focus on being an author. She handed leadership to one of her employees Caryn Greyling. Caryn and her mother Nadene have been running the business with the same amazing team, and delicious products ever since.
